What types of sessions do you do?
While couples are my primary focus, I also photograph small families of up to five people.
Some of the sessions I offer include engagements, styled bridal portraits, pregnancy announcements, maternity, first birthday cake smashes, graduations, and mommy-and-me sessions.
How many people are allowed per session?
I shoot couples and small families up to 5 people with 2 dogs included.
Do you do indoor sessions?
My aesthetic is outdoor natural light based photography. I prefer the warm glow vibe of a sunset. I can do indoor sessions upon request however, editing is subject to change.
How many photos do we get?
Quantity of images depends on specific packages available for purchase. Packages start at 7 images.
How do we get our photos?
I will deliver proof photos to you via the online gallery where at that time you can select which images you would like as part of the selected package. Client will receive digital download through an e-mail/text link.
Do you retouch photos?
I have a certain artistic vision that will not be changed if the client is unhappy with the outcome of photographs. The end result quality of each photograph is entirely subjective based on my photographer's portfolio.
Whats your turn around time?
I know you are excited! Trust me, I am just as excited to show you! Proofs will be delivered no earlier than 48 hours of initial session. Gallery downloads will be sent within 2 weeks of session date. However, life does happen! Please be patient.
How do we book you?

Do you send RAW images?
I DO NOT send RAW (unedited) images for any purpose.
What should we wear?
I will provide a style guide for you to refer to. Coordinate outfits for you and your family as best as possible. Wear something comfortable. Dresses, sweaters, jeans, or khakis in solid neutral earth toned colors are always preferable with my editing style (ie. white, black, beige, olive green, brown, and burnt oranges).
Why don't you do weddings?
Unfortunately, I am not equipped to. I focus on portrait photography. I will shoot bridal sessions between bride and groom.
Can you photoshop this?
I will do minor photoshopping including any blemishes or major distractions in every photo. I will NOT heavily photoshop bodies in any sort. My vision is to capture the real beauty of you and your family.
Do you hold session dates?
No. In order to reserve your session slot you MUST complete a signed contract. I will allow a 24 hour grace period to provide room in case changes need to be made before releasing the session. Your time and date are NOT booked until the contract is received.
I have no idea where I want to do photos, can you help?
I will always have location suggestions for you! Just be sure to let me know what type of aesthetic you're going for! (examples: field, water, bridge, etc.)
I have never had photos done before, will you show me what to do?
Sure thing! Majority of my clients have never had photos taken prior to our sessions! I will absolutely walk you through the entire process. I prefer to prompt my couples + families instead of posing to create a more natural look. I truly enjoy capturing candid moments between y'all so just pretend I am not there and don't forget to have fun!
How far out should I book a session?
My books fill up 3 months in advanced. It is never too early to book your session. Talk to me ASAP especially if there is something special you need done!
What time of day is best to shoot our session?
I shoot exclusively at sunset. In the summer, that means sessions will run late; in the winter, they’ll be much earlier in the day. If you’d prefer a more convenient time, September and March are the best months to book.
Do you have a studio?
No. I do not have studio access.
I forgot to download my gallery, can you resend it to me?
Gallery links are valid for 7 days only and should be downloaded within that time. Galleries can be resent ONE time within 90 days of session. If galleries need to be sent more than once or it is after 90 days, it will be a $50 recovery fee.
Why isn't this certain pose included in final gallery?
Not every pose I do is included! I always take extra just to be sure! I also do not include any image that is not up to editing standards. Image could have been blurry, eyes closed, etc. and will not be added to the gallery.
